Snakebite
This film for Adobe Marketing Cloud brings to light how “efficient” or “best practice” digital norms can actually hurt brands (and people) if not wielded wisely. It was a career highlight to write the script and bring it to life. I even got to help choose the right live snake. Snake casting is a real thing.
Paperwork
To highlight the new (at the time) way of doing paperless business, we created a campaign that highlighted the first words that come to mind when you have to fill out tedious forms. This allowed me to work with amazing words I rarely get the opportunity to play with: curse words.

For Cisco, I had the opportunity to make a wide variety of fun projects to highlight the optimistic message that there’s never been a better time to make huge changes because the technology to make the future exists today.
Space Hotel
We engaged a group of experts in their field from all around the world and gathered them in a virtual Cisco collaboration room to brainstorm how to make a hotel in outer space. Then, we actually made it in VR!

My partner and I created a film to highlight Cisco technology’s vital role during refugee crises. For tragically displaced people, staying connected can make a world of difference that most people can’t see.
Security
Digital innovation brings growth and glee but it also opens new opportunities for insidious hackers to sneak into your business. I wrote and concepted a series of digestible yin and yang films that play with the double-edged sword of innovation and its impact on security.

We created a series of print ads and wild postings to highlight what incredible future dreams and being realized today thanks to Cisco technology. It’s been an amazing privilege to write in such an inspiring tone and see it spread around the globe.

I've had the pleasure of writing quite a few of the iconic “Two Guys” Sonic spots. Writing jokes with these two and the director Clay Weiner was an incredible experience that taught me the power of good comedy and chemistry.
The verbally obsessed nerd within me is most proud of the fact that the above spot was so popular it was featured on the dictionary homepage. Google searches for the French phrase rose 92% after the spot aired, too!
